Continuous pumping system

The picture may be different from the article and can include supply, which is not in the standard scope.

With the option you can connect 2 pumps that together generate a continuous flow. While one pump sucks in, the 2nd pump delivers the solution. Passive valves in the connecting lines ensure the correct flow direction.

The system can also be used to form linear concentration gradients. This requires 2 LA-100 pumps with the gradient option. The pumps can be programmed so that one pump continuously pumps slower, the second pump increases the flow rate. This creates a gradient from solution A to B of 0-100% at a constant flow rate. For this application, continuous operation cannot be represented. The maximum volume of the gradient is 2* syringe volume.
