Option "FA" - exhaust air filtration Laboklav 55-195

The device is equipped with an exhaust air filtration system, making it suitable for use in areas with biosafety level 2 or higher. The exhaust air filtration meets the design and functional requirements of the Biological Agents Ordinance, including TRBA 100 and the Genetic Engineering Safety Ordinance (GenTSV). Exhaust air filtration includes sterilization of the condensate and temperature-controlled sterilization of the filter cartridge during each cycle. A PT 100 temperature sensor integrated into the filter housing ensures sterilization success.

The filter housing is easily accessible for the user, integrated into the casing and reachable when the lid is open. A pressure-tight stainless steel housing encloses the hydrophobic stainless-steel-supported filter element with a pore size of 0.2 µm. The lifetime of the filter element can be monitored via the batch counter integrated into the control system.
